The Pure Pottery website ("the Website") is operated by licensed sole proprietor Lena Brook Graphic Design, ID 306907387, located at 17 Arlozorov Street, Herzliya ("the Company"), at the web address pure-pottery.shop. Its purpose is to offer for sale ceramic products ("the Products").

Browsing the Website is subject to the terms outlined in these Terms and Conditions ("the Terms"). Please read the Terms carefully, as browsing and performing any actions on the Website constitutes your agreement to the Terms, creating a binding contract between you and the Company.

The masculine form used in these Terms is for convenience only and refers equally to all genders.

Product Purchase on the Website

The Website enables customers to conveniently, easily, and securely purchase products online.

The price listed alongside each product is the current price. The Website may update product prices from time to time, independent of the date of purchase, without prior notice.

Purchases on the Website are made through the payment methods listed on the payment page.

The Website reserves the right to change the range of products offered, replace them, reduce or increase them, and revoke purchase rights at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Return and Cancellation Policy

Refunds, changes, or order cancellations are permitted with either a monetary refund or product replacement within 14 days from the customer's receipt of the order. Cancellation must be done in writing to the email address listed below, and the product must be returned in its original packaging, intact and without any damage and/or defect of any kind.

Order cancellations are subject to the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

Delivery and Shipping Policy

The Website will ensure the delivery of orders to the address provided by the customer during the purchase process or to any other agreed-upon location (including postal services).

Shipping orders outside of Israel will be considered after feasibility verification and coordination with the Website.

Product delivery is on business days and subject to shipping fees according to region, shipping type, and details specified on the Website. Available shipping options include:
- Within Israel: Registered mail within 14 business days
- Self-pickup: Sunday through Thursday by prior arrangement.

The Website is not responsible for delays caused by third parties or delays due to force majeure events, strikes, shutdowns, or lack of customer responsiveness for delivery coordination.

The Company will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery caused by force majeure or events beyond its control.

International EMS shipping:

0 to 1kg - 330ILS

20ILS will be added for every additional 1kg (maximum - 10kg per order)

Consent to Receive Promotional Material: By providing user details, including registering on the Website and/or providing an email address and/or placing an order, the user consents and authorizes the Website operator and/or associated parties to send communications by any means regarding its activities, the Website’s activities, and the activities of other websites operated or managed by the Website operator or associated parties. These communications may include property or service offers, promotional mailings, system messages, service notifications, or other communications to customers. Personal information will not be disclosed or used for marketing purposes without permission.

Additionally, personal information may be used for market survey purposes. If at any time you wish to remove your details from the Company's mailing list, please contact the Company’s representative through the means of communication listed at the end of these Terms.

The Company uses accepted security measures to maintain the confidentiality of information to the best of its ability. In cases beyond the Company’s control and/or due to force majeure, the Company will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused if the information is lost or used without authorization.

Age Restriction

Purchasing through the Website is restricted to individuals aged 18 years and older.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation and enforcement of these Terms and/or any action or dispute arising therefrom shall be governed solely by Israeli law, and exclusive jurisdiction shall be granted to the competent court in Herzliya.

Product Liability

The Company and/or anyone on its behalf shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the service and/or the use of a product purchased from the Website. The content and information on the Website do not constitute professional advice. Any information provided or content appearing on the Website’s forums does not constitute professional consultation, recommendation, or opinion. Responsibility for the use of any information found on the forums rests solely with the user.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in this sales Website are the exclusive property of the Website.

No information from the Website and/or this sales Website may be copied, duplicated, distributed, published, or used in any other way without prior written consent from the Company.

כללי

אתר Pure Pottery ("האתר") מופעל ע"י עוסק מורשה לנה ברוק עיצוב גרפי 306907387 בכתובת ארלוזורוב 17, הרצליה ("החברה"), בכתובת אינטרנט pure-pottery.shop ומטרתו רכישת מוצרי קרמיקה ("המוצר").

  • הגלישה באתר כפופה לתנאים המפורטים בתקנון ותנאי שימוש אלו ("התקנון"). אנא קרא את התקנון בקפידה, שכן הגלישה באתר וביצוע פעולות בו מעידים על הסכמתך לתנאים הכלולים בתקנון, והוא מהווה חוזה מחייב בינך לבין החברה.

  • האמור בתקנון זה בלשון זכר הוא לשם הנוחות בלבד והתקנון מתייחס לבני שני המינים באופן שווה.

רכישת מוצר באתר

  • האתר מאפשר ללקוחות קנייה נוחה, קלה ובטוחה של המוצר באמצעות האינטרנט.

  • המחיר המופיע באתר בצמוד לכל מוצר הינו מחיר המוצר העדכני. האתר רשאי לעדכן מעת לעת את מחירי המוצרים המוצעים לרכישה באתר, ללא קשר למועד ביצוע רכישה באתר, וללא צורך בהודעה על כך.

  • הרכישה באתר הינה באמצעות אמצעי תשלום המופיעים בעמוד התשלום.

  • האתר רשאי בכל עת לשנות את מגוון המוצרים המוצעים לרכישה באתר, להחליפם’ להמעיט מהם, להוסיף עליהם, וכן לשלול זכות רכישה באתר על פי שיקול דעתו וללא כל הודעה או התראה מוקדמת.

מדיניות החזרות וביטולים

  • החזר, שינוי או ביטול הזמנה יתאפשרו בהחזר כספי או בהחלפה בטווח זמן של עד 14 יום לאחר קבלת הלקוח את ההזמנה. הביטול יעשה אך ורק בהודעה בכתב לכתובת האימייל המצויה מטה ויש להחזיר את המוצר באריזתו, שלם וללא פגיעה ו/או נזק ו/או פגם מכל מין וסוג שהוא.

  • התנאים לביטול הזמנה יהיו בכפוף להוראות חוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ"א-1981.

מדיניות אספקה והובלה

  • האתר ידאג לאספקת הזמנה שבוצעה באתר לכתובת הלקוח כפי שהוזנה על ידו בעת ביצוע הרכישה או לכל מקום אחר עליו יוסכם (לרבות דואר).

  • אספקת הזמנות מעבר לגבולות מדינת ישראל תתאפשר לאחר בדיקת התכנות ובתיאום מול האתר.

  • אספקת המוצר בימי עסקים וכרוכה בתשלום דמי משלוח בהתאם לאזור, סוג המשלוח ובהתאם למצוין באתר. להלן אפשרויות משלוח: בגבולות מדינת ישראל – דואר רשום תוך 14 ימי עסקים, איסוף עצמי בימים א' עד ה' ובתיאום מראש. האתר לא יישא באחריות לעיכוב ו/או איחור בשילוח שמבוצע ע"י צד ג' אשר מושפע מכוח עליון ו/או שביתות ו/או השבתות ו/או אי מענה מצד הלקוח לתיאום המשלוח.

החברה לא תהא אחראית לכל איחור ו/או עיכוב באספקה ו/או אי-אספקה, שנגרמה כתוצאה מכוח עליון ו/או מאירועים שאינם בשליטתה.

מדיניות פרטיות

  • הסכמה לקבלת דברי פרסומת – במועד מסירת פרטי המשתמש, לרבות הרשמה לאתר ו/או מסירת כתובת מייל ו/או בביצוע הזמנה המשתמש מסכים ומאשר למפעילת האתר ו/או לצדדים קשורים לשלוח אליו בכל אמצעי תקשורת ועל פי שיקול דעתה הודעות מכל סוג בקשר לפעילותו ו/או לפעילות האתר ו/או לפעילות אתרים אחרים מקבוצת מפעילת האתר לרבות אתרים המופעלים ו/או מנוהלים על ידי מפעילת האתר ו/או צדדים קשורים, לרבות הצעות לרכישת נכס או שירות ו/או דיוור פרסומי מכל סוג שהוא ו/או הודעות מערכת ו/או הודעות שירות ו/או הודעות אחרות ללקוחות. מידע אישי זה לא ייחשף ולא ייעשה בו שימוש נוסף למטרות שיווקיות ללא רשות.

  • בנוסף, ניתן יהיה להשתמש במידע אישי זה למטרות סקר שוק. באם תבקש להסיר בכל עת את פרטייך האישיים מרשימת התפוצה של החברה, אנא צרו קשר עם נציג החברה באמצעי תקשורת המופיעים בסוף תקנון זה.

  • החברה נוקטת באמצעי זהירות מקובלים על מנת לשמור, ככל האפשר, על סודיות המידע. במקרים שאינם בשליטת החברה ו/או הנובעים מכוח עליון, לא תהא החברה אחראית לכל נזק מכל סוג שהוא, ישר או עקיף, שייגרם ללקוח, אם מידע זה יאבד ו/או יעשה בו שימוש לא מורשה.

הגבלת גיל

תנאי לרכישה באתר כי הרוכש הינו בן 18 שנים ומעלה.

דין וסמכות שיפוט

פרשנותו ואכיפתו של תקנון זה ו/או כל פעולה או סכסוך הנובע ממנו יעשו בהתאם לדין הישראלי בלבד ולבית המשפט המוסמך בהרצליה תהא מסורה סמכות השיפוט הבלעדית.

אחריות המוצר

החברה ו/או מי מטעמה לא יהיו אחראים לנזק ישיר ו/או עקיף שיגרם כתוצאה משימוש בשירות ו/או שימוש במוצר שנרכש באתר, והאמור בו או מוצג בו, אינו מהווה חוות דעת מקצועית. כל מידע שיימסר או כל תוכן שיופיע בכל אחד מן הפורומים, אינו מהווה ייעוץ מקצועי, המלצה או חוות דעת כזו או אחרת. כלומר, האחריות על השימוש במידע שיימצא בפורום הוא על המשתמש בלבד.

כל זכויות הקניין הרוחני באתר מכירות זה הינן רכושו הבלעדי של האתר.
